For Pennsylvania residential solar installers
Fill your closers' calendars with confirmed solar sits
Exclusive, pre-qualified in-home solar appointments in the ZIP codes you choose. Every homeowner is screened on electric bill, roof condition, credit, ownership and utility/rate zone, then called again within about 48 hours to confirm date, time and intent before the appointment reaches your calendar.
- In-home appointments only
- One installer per chosen ZIP
- Phone re-confirmed within ~48 hours
The problem we hear
“My closers sit around half the day. The shared leads I buy get called by four other installers before I even dial. I pay two hundred bucks for an appointment and the homeowner forgot we booked. I need real sits on the calendar, not more names.”
- Cost per lead looks fine but cost per close keeps climbing
- No-shows and bad numbers eat the ad budget
- Hard to know which lead source actually produced the signed job
Pristine, well-vetted appointments. Nothing raw. Nothing shared.
Every appointment is screened and phone-confirmed before it ever reaches your calendar.
Our standard
What “vetted” means here
A homeowner has to clear all five checks before we will book an in-home appointment for your team. If any answer misses the standard you sign off on, we do not book it.
- 1Electric billUsage and cost reviewed against the qualification bar you approve.
- 2Roof conditionAge, material and shade checked for solar viability.
- 3CreditChecked against the financing your installers actually work with.
- 4OwnershipConfirmed homeowner — not a renter and not a third-party decision.
- 5Utility and rate zoneService territory and rate structure confirmed before we book.
What you get
Built for closers, not for spreadsheets
Exclusive pre-qualified in-home sits
Appointments booked only for your team, screened on bill, roof, credit, ownership and utility/rate zone before booking.
Live confirmation before every sit
A phone call within about 48 hours of booking that re-confirms date, time and intent before the sit counts.
Your ZIPs, your list
Calling lists built and refreshed for the PA ZIP codes you choose. One installer per chosen ZIP.
Script and valid-appointment standard
You approve the script and the written definition of a valid in-home sit before the pilot starts.
Calendar and CRM delivery
Sits booked as specific times into your closers' calendars with qualifying answers logged in your CRM.
Replacement credit
A credit for any appointment that fails the agreed quality bar or is judged no-contact within the agreed window.
How it works
Four steps, then you read the pilot
Kickoff and sign-off
We agree your ZIP codes, your script and a written standard for a valid in-home appointment. Nothing is billed until you sign off.
30-day pilot
We run the outbound machine and deliver about 10 exclusive, pre-qualified in-home appointments over 30 days, prepaid as a block of 10.
Read the pilot
We review contact, booking and held-sit results together. You decide whether to continue to a run.
60 to 90 day run
We keep the machine running at a monthly minimum of 10 to 15 appointments, book in-home sits into your calendar and log outcomes in your CRM.
What it costs
One price per appointment. No monthly fee.
Every appointment we sell is an in-home appointment.
- 30-day pilot: 10 in-home appointments, prepaid as a $4,500 block.
- After the pilot: a 60 to 90 day run with a monthly minimum of 10 to 15 appointments.
- The monthly minimum applies only to the run phase — the pilot is simply the 10-appointment block.
Nothing is billed until you sign off on the script and the written standard for a valid in-home appointment.
Pilot terms, plainly
Ten in-home appointments over 30 days, paid up front as a $4,500 block. Each appointment is $450. If a sit fails the written standard you approved, or is judged no-contact inside the agreed window, it is replaced at no charge.
There is no recurring monthly price. The monthly minimum of 10 to 15 appointments applies only when you choose to continue into the 60 to 90 day run.
Our promise
Replacement credit, defined in writing
Any in-home appointment that fails the written quality standard you signed off on, or that is judged no-contact within the agreed window, is replaced at no charge.
So the credit stays fair to both sides
- You sign off on the script and the written valid-appointment standard before the pilot starts.
- The replacement applies only to appointments that miss that written standard or fall inside the agreed no-contact window.
- Your closers must attempt the appointment at the booked time for a no-show to be reviewed.
Who this is for
- Owner or sales manager at a 3 to 50 person residential solar installer in Pennsylvania, also serving NJ or eastern Ohio.
- Your closers' calendars run thin and you already buy shared leads or run Meta and Google ads.
- You want confirmed, exclusive in-home sits in your own ZIP codes — not more names to chase.
Not the right fit
- National or enterprise installers with in-house lead-gen teams
- Installers outside PA, NJ or eastern OH service areas
- Installers who only want raw form fills, not confirmed in-home sits
Questions
The ones we get on the first call
Why $450 when I see $45 to $250 per sit?
Those are mostly raw form fills or shared appointments. We screen every homeowner on your criteria and call again to confirm before it counts as billable. You are paying for vetted in-home sits that hold, not names you have to chase.
I have been burned by appointment setters before.
That is why the pilot is 10 in-home appointments over 30 days and we sign off on the written standard together first. If an appointment fails the standard or is no-contact, it is replaced.
How do I know these appointments will show?
We do a live re-confirmation call within about 48 hours of every booking. That is the step that cuts no-shows, and it is built into every appointment, not sold as an extra.
I do not want another long contract.
The first step is a 30-day pilot of about 10 in-home sits. The 60 to 90 day run, with its monthly minimum, comes only after you read the pilot results.
My town is already saturated.
We work only the ZIP codes you choose, one installer per chosen ZIP, and refresh the list — so you are not splitting a homeowner with other installers.
Can you actually reach homeowners in PA?
The pre-screen and confirmation layer is built from calling lists we refresh for your ZIPs. We are honest that this is a new, selective operation; the pilot is how you see the real contact and held-sit numbers before committing to a run.
Bring us your ZIP codes. We will bring the standard.
A 30-minute call to see whether this fits your territory and your closers' week. No pressure and no raw list pitch.
